WEDDING DAY PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE INCLUDES Full digital photography coverage of your wedding day for the contracted period. Coverage typically starts one hour before the ceremony and ends with the last formal event of your wedding. Photographer typically shoots at least 60 raw unprocessed images per hour of coverage on average. CD or thumb drive with high-resolution images (photographer-selects) edited and sized for sharing on the web and for printing. Approximately 30 images are delivered per hour of coverage. License for personal use; photographer retains copyright and rights for all other uses. Online proofing and ordering of edited select images - processed and manually adjusted by the photographer for exposure, color, white balance, contrast, sharpness - available for client, family, and guests. License for personal use; photographer retains copyright and rights for all other uses. COPYRIGHT Photographer retains copyright at all times throughout the world. Where images have been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these images may be printed, and displayed online, for personal but not commercial use. Photographer retains the right in all cases to use the images in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising and promoting his work. CLIENT WILL Provide photographer with detailed photography timeline, directions, and maps to and from all locations, as well as necessary contact telephone numbers. Assign an “event guide” to work with the photographer, to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs. Provide photographer a “guest’ meal during a 30-minute intermission period. Ensure that those to be included in photographs are at the right places at the right times. Ensure that guests at the event do not interfere with photographer’s work. PHOTOGRAPHER WILL Alert client prior to any overage costs. Make every effort to capture the event and provide the highest quality wedding images. Do his best to get shots the client wants, but -- in the end -- shot selection and final content of images will be at the sole discretion of photographer. Be under no obligation to display images while the event is underway. Deliver images as expeditiously as possible after the event. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If the photographer cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of god or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer’s illness or injury, the the photographer will return all fees to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. Neither party shall be liable for indirect or consequential loss. AGREEMENT The undersigned have read and understood the above contract and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety.
